Refund policy
At this time we do not offer refunds. If item is received damaged please contact us immediately for a replacement or store credit.
To be eligible for a refund due to damage or lost packages you MUST add the route protection at checkout. If route protection is not added unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund, we can only offer store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be replaced, our hand soaps and body butters.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
